Phu Si is a hill in the centre of Luang Prabang. Opposite of the Royal Palace, are the stairs leading to the top of the hill. But there are also stairs on the other side of the hill, going up the hill along a more interesting route. There you will pass by several Buddha statues, in all variations. On top of the Phu Si, is a small stupa called the That Chomsi. But the most rewarding of you climb is the awesome view over the city, the Mekong river and the surrounding landscape.
