Ho Chi Minh trail in Sepon
Photo: Wcher The Ho Chi Minh trail was a network of paths, roads and rivers, connecting north Vietnam with south Vietnam, via the neighbouring countries
Laos and Cambodia. The National Front for the Liberation of South Vietnam (also known as Vietcong) and the People's Army of Vietnam, used this trail to transport people and material during the Vietnam war. The trail takes its name from the north Vietnamese president in those days, Ho Chi Minh. Along the trail, you can still see many things that remind of the war.
